SHIPPING POLICY

At FLYOUT BRAND SL, we want to make sure that your shopping experience is as easy and satisfactory as possible. Below, you will find all the information related to our shipments:

Available options: We work with SEUR, ClickTrans and UPS to guarantee a safe and reliable service.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Shipping PREMIUM: [48 a 72h].

Rates are detailed in the table at the bottom of the page, variable according to the shipping class: Economy or Premium.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the package has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

  • Lost or undelivered packages: If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact us at flyoutshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
  • Damaged packages: If your package arrives in poor condition, please take photos of the packaging and the product, and send them to flyoutshop@gmail.com. We will assess the situation and offer a solution.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At FLYOUT BRAND SL, we want to make sure that your shopping experience is as easy and satisfying as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to the following policies to make a return or request a refund.

You may request a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate the return process. According to the cancellation policy, once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will proceed to refund your purchase minus the shipping costs generated by the return.
  • Exceptions. The following items are not eligible for returns:
    • Customized or tailor-made products.
    • Clothing
    • Products on sale or clearance, unless they have a defect.

  • Order number.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos if the item is defective or damaged.

2. Ship the product: Once the return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address.

  • Be sure to package the product securely.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase in the package.

3. Confirmation: We will notify you once we have received and reviewed the product.

  • Domestic returns:
    • If the reason for the return is an error on our part (incorrect, defective product, etc.), we assume the shipping costs.
    • If the reason is a change of mind, the customer covers the return shipping costs.
  • International returns: Costs are to be borne by the customer, except in case of errors or manufacturing defects.
