In the manufacture of our boards, we use state-of-the-art technology to avoid manual gluing with glue, which is common in most components. We incorporated the PFL (Pro Fusion Laminated) method in the main PVC parts that make up the body of the board together with the Dropstitch. This mechanized process fuses the layers to the Dropstitch, resulting in a board that is stronger and lighter than a double layer or single layer board.
