Essentially an AirTrack or inflatable mat, is an inflatable surface made of PVC. But the technical constitution goes a little further, why does the AirTrack have this shape and why is it so resistant?

The essence of what you have seen on video is the DWF technology.
What is the DWF technology? The Double Wall Fabric is a construction technique used in the manufacture of AirTracks and other inflatable elements, such as Paddle Surf. It consists of a double-layer material with an inner layer of high strength and an outer layer of PVC. Between the upper and lower layers are interwoven polyester filaments, which increase the durability and resistance of the final product. The use of DWF technology allows them to be more resistant to wear and frequent use, making them ideal for intensive and high-level training. Additionally, DWF technology allows AirTracks to stay inflated for longer periods and can be used without the need to be constantly connected, as may be the case with older generation equipment.
