And I could go on with many more crazy things in this list of feats.  <\/p>\n<p>But what I really want to emphasize is that none of this would have been possible <strong>without good nutrition and supplementation<\/strong>, <strong>proper physical preparation<\/strong> and, above all, <strong>proper risk management<\/strong>, understanding that this sport requires constant progress, without
